Preserve evidence
Record the current cluster, replica, ownership, and service-log state before restarting or replacing a process. Do not make repeated changes while the failure state is unknown.
Restore and verify
- Use the matching deployment guide to restore the failed service input.
- Wait for the service and replicas to report their new state.
- Refresh the Cluster tab and confirm convergence before changing ownership.
