What it is
A CROWDB cluster is the registered set of racks, nodes, services, and replicated stores managed together.
When to use it
Use Cluster to understand topology and service lifecycle. PaxosKV provides replicated state; Chunk and access services build on the registered storage.
Boundary
The Cluster tab is the physical control plane. It shows where services run and how the Console reaches them.
